You’ll find 44 plain pages inside, that have been simply saddle stitched at the spine. Pages are a beautiful 120gsm ivory paper stock, with a pleasing texture and good opacity (fountain pen friendly).
Each is B5 size, inspired by Japanese bindings. This is between the more standard A5 and A4 size, and has been chosen so that it can be easily carried and slipped into a bag, but still with enough room on each page for proper sketches or scribbles.
The covers are traditionally printed and cut from large heavy-weight sheets of Ola’s signature patterned papers. This means each cover is unique and (so we think) even more special. A simple foil logo adds the finishing touch, foiled to the back of each book.
Each set features a signature ola print and is presented carefully wrapped in a hand-printed band.
