Return Policy

Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us with a request first at hello@highlowstudio.com. Once approved, items must come back within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition, and in the original packaging. If items meet the mentioned criteria, items may be exchanged for something else, or for store credit. We have the right to refuse returns made without receiving prior authorization or if an item is not in new, unused condition.

Shipping Returns:

We are not responsible for shipping costs for items shipped back to us and cannot refund original shipping charges. Items you ship back to us that arrive damaged or lost are not our responsibility. This can effect your exchange. Please resolve with your mail carrier.

Final Sale/Nonexchangeable Items:

Consumable items, all sale items, gift cards, personal hygiene items, apothecary goods, perfumes, candles, and all dried flowers are final sale.

Damaged Items:

If an item arrives damaged, please send an email to hello@highlowstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will facilitate a claim with the shipping carrier. Please include pictures of the damaged item and the inside and outside of shipping box to file the claim. All items are shipped with insurance and will be refunded once the carrier issues a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing an item. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. For items shipped with shipping insurance, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
